So, I know these polishes have been out for ages, and truth be told, I bought them not long after they came out, this is just one of those blog posts I never got round to writing, but I feel like I can’t put it off any longer considering next year this will be old news, and they aren’t really autumn/winter colours.
Anyway, the three colours in the neon collection don’t have names, but consist of a bright orange, a bright pink, and what i guess can be called a bright purple with shimmer. I really love the colours, I love the true neon brightness you get from them, and they’re just so glossy and pretty, big thumbs up.
Let’s start with the pink;

This is 2 coats, with no top coat, so you can see right off the bat that this is bright, pigmented and very glossy. I love the formula of this and the overall look of it is just beautiful to me. This is a firm favourite.
Let’s move onto the orange, which is probably my favourite of the trio;

This is again 2 coats, with no top coat. Something about this fiery orange is perfect to me. The gloss and opacity is like no other, and this colour just ignites a love for orange in me that i’ve never had before. I have worn this polish many times and recommend it to anyone looking for an orange. I never thought i’d be praising an orange as much as I do this one, it’s beautiful.
Finally from the trio, we have the purple;

This is again 2 coats, with no top coat. Now, excuse the fluff hanging from my nail in the first picture, and for some reason I couldn’t get the colour right in the first swatch. The polish is no where near that dark, but I put it in because it does show off the shimmer really well. I like that they added a shimmer polish to the trio. Although it’s neither that obviously neon, or shimmery, this polish is beautiful, and is something i’d wear on a daily basis.
All of the polishes in this trio had amazing formulas and were really easy to apply and wear. None of them chipped particularly quickly either, so i would really recommend all three, not that you have a choice to buy them separately anyway.
Now, moving onto the other polish from this little review, whilst I was buying the neon polishes, I came across this glitter top coat that claims to be holographic. Everyone looking at it can see that it is by no means holographic, it’s iridescent. None the less it is a really pretty glitter topcoat, and I love the way it reflects in the light. Like most glitter top coats, the glitter is sparse, but I found that two thin coats is a nice amount. Also, as neither the glitter, nor the polish itself are thick, it doesn’t add a lot of bulk to your manicure.

That is all for this post, I hope you enjoyed reading. Let me know what kind of blog posts you enjoy.
Thank you.
